Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is effective as of February 01, 2024. Terms used herein have the meanings defined in the Terms of Use.

  1. Monthly Subscription Refund

    Eligible for a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Contact support for a refund request.

  2. Annual Subscription Refund

    For annual subscriptions, after the grace period of 14 days, used months are calculated based on the monthly subscription rate. If a user cancels within 180 days of payment, they're eligible for a refund of the unused months, calculated at the monthly plan rate. For instance, if the subscription was used for 3 months and 15 days, the refund covers 8 unused months. No refunds are issued after 180 days from payment.

  3. Payment Processing

    Refunds processed through the original payment method, including Stripe, Apple AppStore, Google Play, or cryptocurrencies.

  4. Refund Restrictions

    A refund may be utilized by the user only once. Upon approval of a refund request, the user will not have access to further contests, disputes, or transaction reversals with OctoBot cloud or any third-party payment service.

  5. Currency and Fees

    Refunds in the same currency or equivalent. OctoBot cloud is not responsible for any fees from payment service providers.

  6. Limitation on Refunds

    Refund requests can be made only once. After a refund is approved, no subsequent contests, disputes, or transaction reversals are permitted.
